‘ALABI Couture’ takes charity fashion show to Hearts of Gold Home

Children at the Hearts of Gold Home would sure catch some fun come Sunday, December 11, 2011 as Meg Alabi, CEO ALABI Couture would be holding a charity fashion show for them.

According to her, “The show will be focused on the children, to give them lots of fun, excitement and love. They will get newly made clothes, and be able to relate with celebrities, the public and the media who will attend. Fabrics for the clothes will be provided by Da Viva Limited a fast growing Lagos based company. The design and sewing of these fabrics will be by ‘ALABI’ Couture. We will have celebrities from all works of life who will model for the children as well.”
In addition, she revealed that “We will design and make clothes for the 35 children, the 36 staff at the home and about 25 celebrities who have promised not only to attend, but also to join in the show with the children. Any kind of donation is welcome,” she concluded.
Red carpet is billed for 2 pm while the show kicks off at 4pm.
