‘My Perfect Family’ Debuts On Telemundo

For fans of Telemundo who has been wondering when new
series will start airing on the channel, your wait is over now.
For viewers who are observant, you would have
noticed that the only
two series that have been airing new episodes are Woman of Steel 4 and Lord of the Skies 3, in between a
line-up of repeat shows.

The new series titled, My Perfect Family (Mi Familia Perfecta
in Spanish) premieres on Monday, March 4 at 17h00 and tells the story of five
immigrant siblings who have to survive in America. There will be repeat
episodes at 20h00 on the same night.
The 94 episode series was filmed
in Houston, on the Mexican border and in Mexico. It features stars like Jorge
Luis Moreno
(Lord of the Skies), Sabrina Seara (Christmas Miracles, Lord of the
Skies) and Laura Flores (Woman of Steel, Queen of Hearts).

The five Guerreros siblings in
pursuit of the American Dream are trying to make it in the U.S. on their own
after their father dies and their mother is deported to Mexico.

The family will need to unite as one to conquer the various obstacles and
situations immigrants in the United States face.

Dysfunctional but always united, the five siblings, “El Patas” (Jorge Luis),
Rosa (Laura Chimaras), Marisol (Gala Montes), Julián (Gabriel Tarantini) and
Lili (Ainhoa Paz), will have to watch as their mother, Irma (Laura Flores),
makes the painful decision to leave them behind in Houston when she finds out
she will be deported to Mexico.

From that moment on, the Guerreros will have to stick together to overcome the
many hurdles faced by immigrant families in the United States.

Along the way, they’ll find support from Erika Ramirez (Sabrina Seara), a
social worker who takes on the family’s case, and Santiago Velez (Mauricio
Henao), a women’s soccer coach who discovers Marisol’s talent as a soccer

Her passion for the sport will help ignite her siblings’ determination to keep
fighting for their dreams no matter what obstacles they face along the way.

The omnibus airs on Saturdays and Sundays at
17h00, from Saturday 9 March.
